Premium Unique is a Sterlet caviar from the Sterlet sturgeon (Acipenser ruthenus), a variety historically served at imperial courts. Its pearls are small and uniform, ranging from silver-grey to light ash, with a mild, clean flavor and soft buttery notes. Because the Sterlet is a small sturgeon with a low roe yield, this caviar is naturally rare.

Is delivery free?
Delivery is free in Dubai on orders of 100g and above, and free in other UAE cities on orders of 250g and above. Smaller orders carry a 50 AED delivery fee. Admiral also delivers to Riyadh, Kuwait City and Qatar, up to 250g per order.

How should caviar be served?
Well chilled, on a mother-of-pearl spoon rather than metal, which can leave a metallic taste. Enjoy it on its own first, then with blinis and a little crème fraîche.
